Troonet Broadband Refund Policy

a. Overpayment: If a customer accidentally makes an overpayment beyond their outstanding balance, the excess amount will be refunded.
b. Cancellation during Cooling-off Period: Customers who cancel their subscription within the designated cooling-off period of 24 hours before the link has been activated.

- Refund requests must include the following information:
- Customer's full name and contact details.
- Customer account number or ID.

3. Refund Processing Time
- Troonet Broadband aims to credit refund within 15 business days from the date of request approval.

- Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. For example, if a customer paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.
