At Troonet Broadband (Movila Enterprises), we strive to provide our customers with reliable and transparent services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for our products and services.

1. Refund for Installation Charges

  • Customers who wish to cancel their connection or service after installation may apply for a refund of installation charges within 24 hours of installation.
     
  • Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made in writing (via email or official support ticket) within 24 hours of the completed installation.
     
  • After 24 hours, installation charges will be non-refundable.
     

2. Refund for Hardware / Devices

  • Any hardware provided by Troonet Broadband (such as routers, ONU devices, or set-top boxes) will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
     
  • Refunds or replacements for hardware will be provided as per the warranty terms of the device manufacturer.
     
  • Troonet Broadband will assist customers in processing warranty claims but will not be directly responsible for refunds beyond the warranty coverage.
     

3. Service Charges / Monthly Rentals

  • Monthly service charges, subscriptions, and pack recharges are non-refundable once activated.
     
  • In cases of double payment or erroneous transactions, adjustments will be made in the next billing cycle upon verification.
     

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of acceptance of the refund request.
     
  • Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used during the original transaction (Bank Transfer/UPI/Wallet, etc.).
     

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Customer-initiated cancellation after the 24-hour installation refund window.
     
  • Damage or misuse of hardware by the customer.
     
  • Service interruptions caused by factors beyond Troonet Broadband’s control (e.g., power failures, natural calamities, third-party issues).
